SUMMARY OF ANCILLARY CHARGES
Samples: At first column price

Setup Fee: $95 (V) / $40 (V) on repeat orders

Fax or Email Proof of Logo: Free

Photo-Mockup of Logo On Product: Free

Physical Proof: First column pricing (Z) plus Setup Charges plus Shipping

Rush Charge: $55 (V)

Set Straight Line Copy: $34 (V)

Third-party Account Shipping: $3 per carton

Shipping: At cost.

SAMPLE POLICY
Samples are billed at first column price, plus shipping/handling. Samples can not be returned for credit. The cost of a sample will be credited against any subsequent purchase order with us.

PRICING
Only pricing that is listed in our annual catalog, website, mailings or specifically quoted by a member of our staff will be honored. All prices are subject to change, without notice.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are required on first orders. The balance due must be paid prior to shipment. For subsequent orders terms may be available. Please contact us to inquire about terms.

REPEAT ORDERS
If same exact logo and size is used, then the setup charge is reduced to $40 (V). Repeat orders must be marked with the prior order#, invoice# and date of invoice. Records of past orders are kept for 3 years.

RETURNS / DAMAGES
ALL returns must be approved by SavvyPromo. Unimprinted returns are charged a 20% restocking fee + freight charges. No returns accepted after 30 days. Imprinted merchandise can not be returned. In the event that items are received damaged, the factory will issue a credit upon return of the damaged items. Small amounts of damaged goods received will be credited and NOT reprinted. Call us for further information.

OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS
SavvyPromo reserves the right to overship/undership 5% of the order quantity.

TRADEMARK NOTICE
The artwork, design, and other trademarks on products in this catalog are reproduced for display purposes only, and do not imply/suggest endorsement by the trademark owner, or that the item was originally produced for the trademark owner.

ART CHARGES
SavvyPromo will set straight line copy without a logo or add typesetting to supplied logo (Phone #, Email, address, etc.) for a cost of $34(V) plus normal item set up charges. If SavvyPromo does artwork, layout will be done at our discretion.

SAVVYPROMO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIPT OF ELECTRONIC FILES. CALL US TO CONFIRM RECEIPT

EMAIL or ELECTRONIC FILE REQUIREMENTS
We only accept files with a .eps or .pdf file extension. Artwork must be “vector art” with type converted to outlines or curves.

EMAIL ARTWORK - PO SPECIFICATIONS
All purchase orders with email artwork MUST include a faxed black & white copy of the emailed artwork. Without this hard copy for factory reference, we can not be responsible for artwork integrity or content.

GENERAL LOGO REQUIREMENTS
THE QUALITY OF YOUR ARTWORK WILL DETERMINE THE QUALITY OF OUR IMPRINT. Supplied artwork must be clean, the lines & type crisp (no rough edges or lines) and the colors must be continual tone.

WE CAN NOT IMPRINT HALFTONES, SCREENS OR SHADOWS. Reversed or fine line artwork is not recommended.

SETUP CHARGES
The job setup charge is $90(V) for each imprint order. On repeat jobs, if the logo is identical, the setup charge is $40 (V).

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 10-12 working days. Rush service is available on most orders for a $55 (V) surcharge.

2nd SIDE COLOR IMPRINT
Where available, two-sided color imprints incur additional running charges and setup fees.

ORDER /CONFIRMATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
SavvyPromo is not responsible for faxed or email orders unless followed up by mail or phone. We do not accept phone orders (except samples). All confirming orders must be clearly marked confirming only, etc. Any duplicated orders that are not marked will be invoiced. Order cancellations are subject to the costs incurred at the time of cancellation.

PROOF/PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
Fax or email proofs of the logo are free. Photo-mockups of the logo on a photograph of the product are $75 (V). Pre-Production physical proofs are first column pricing plus set up charges, and shipping. Production proofs will be shipped 7 - 10 days from receipt and order will be shipped within 10 days of the approval date.

BLANK MERCHANDISE
For orders with no imprint, last column pricing with same minimum quantities as for printed product.

ITEM PACKAGING / CASE PACKAGING
Most items must ship in whole case quantities.

PRINTING COLOR/PMS CHARGES
We offer standard color imprints only and cannot match certain PMS colors.

SHIPPING / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Listed item weights are estimated and are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are billed at cost. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Standard to Canada.

HANDLING FEES
For a $3 per carton handling fee we will ship on a third-party UPS account. Third-party FedEx or DHL shipments must ship via express service, not ground service. SavvyPromo is not responsible for any delays in shipment that result from the freight carrier.
